Overview

The Riviera, the way it should be seen

We leave Genoa by ferry at 10:00 from Porto Antico and spend the day exploring Portofino, the hidden cove of San Fruttuoso, and the charming fishing village of Camogli — returning by the last ferry at 17:30. No tour bus, no fixed script. Just us, moving at our own pace.

Portofino is popular and in high season you'll feel it. But there's a real difference between arriving with a group on a schedule and arriving with someone who knows where to go, when to go, and which corners most visitors never reach.

Ferry — included

Golfo Paradiso ferry from Porto Antico. Scenic crossing along the Riviera.

Portofino

The iconic village seen with local eyes — the harbor, the viewpoints, the corners most tourists never reach.

San Fruttuoso di Camogli

A medieval abbey in a hidden cove, reachable only by boat — extraordinary.

Camogli

A real Ligurian fishing village — colourful houses, pebble beach and focaccia worth travelling for.

Portofino

The village can be busy in high season — that's the reality. But I know the timing and the quieter paths that make all the difference.

13:00 – 14:30
San Fruttuoso di Camogli

A medieval abbey in a hidden cove — reachable only by boat. We hop the ferry between stops. Fewer crowds, extraordinary setting.

Ferry between stops included
14:30 – 16:30
Camogli — lunch & free time

Time to breathe. If you've added the lunch option, we head to a handpicked local restaurant. Otherwise I'll point you to the best spots.

FAQ
Overview

Three villages. One day. Your pace.

We take the train from Genoa and spend the day in Cinque Terre — exploring Vernazza, Manarola and Riomaggiore at a relaxed, unhurried pace. No tour group schedule, no headset, no rushing. Just the villages as they actually are.

Cinque Terre is famous, and in high season the crowds are real. What I offer is timing, local knowledge and the ability to adapt the day to what you actually want.

Train from Genoa

Direct regional train from Genova Brignole — about 1.5 hours, coastal views.

Vernazza, Manarola, Riomaggiore

Three villages, each with its own character. Explored properly, not rushed.

Hiking option

Walk coastal trail sections between villages — adapted to your fitness on the day.

Local food stops

Anchovies, pesto, local wine — I'll point you to the right spots throughout the day.

The price is per group, not per person — from €600 for up to 4 people. Train tickets add approx. €60–70 per person on top if you choose the full logistics option.
Are train tickets included?
It depends on the option. The base price does not include train tickets. The full logistics option includes all tickets, prepared in advance.

Is food included?
Food and drinks are not included unless agreed in advance. I'll guide you to curated local spots throughout the day.
Can we add Monterosso and dinner?
Yes — in summer (June–September) we can end in Monterosso with a swim and dinner. Extra cost, arranged in advance. Mention it when booking.
